Marc will meet you at the entrance of the building at the agreed time. Through the app, we will send you an access code to open the house door.

Please, do not share the code with anyone!
Do not read it out loud!

Once inside the house: On top of the kitchen counter, you will find a copy of the building key and a key for manual locking, for added security.

Please respect check-in times. If you wish to arrive earlier, let your host know and they will do their best to accommodate you, depending on their schedule.

The house is located on the central and pedestrian Calle Lleida in Tarragona, full of life. It is the perfect location to explore the city and enjoy its charms just steps away.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you follow our house rules. Additionally, we have devices that monitor occupancy, smoke, and noise levels to ensure your safety and comfort. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay!

Organizing parties or events in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Max. 90 dB.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and monitored.
There is a surcharge of €50 per day.

MAXIMUM
CAPACITY

The maximum capacity of the apartment is 9 people (+2 years). No guests allowed without registration.

DAMAGES

All damages, accidental or intentional, must be notified in writing immediately to the host.

CLEANING

We charge an extra charge of €30/h if additional cleaning is required. Example: dirty pots, dirty walls, burns, excess garbage...

BABIES

All minor guests must be reported at the time of booking.

RESPECT
NEIGHBORS

Neighbor complaints may be grounds for justified expulsion from the apartment.

LOST KEYS

Loss of keys incurs a €100 replacement fee.

LATE
CHECK OUT

Surcharge of €40/h if your late departure has not been previously authorized.

Failure to comply with house rules may result in expulsion without refund.
By booking, you agree not to damage the property due to disagreement with decisions of the booking platform.
You are legally and financially responsible for any damages that your actions may cause to property and third parties.

By car or on foot

Tarragona is not a very large city, so traveling by car or on foot are the most recommended options.

BUS

To discover the best public transportation routes, use Google Maps to search for a destination and select the public transportation option.

For medium-distance trips, such as Barcelona, we recommend taking the commuter train.

For long journeys, you can also travel by AVE - high-speed train, but the station is 20 minutes by car from Tarragona and park it in the station's paid parking.
