Rooms are available from December 8 until a maximum of June 24.


If you do not move in on December 8, you may contact us to reserve your room. (specify in final comments)


A deposit of one month’s rent and advance payment for the last month of the contract are required upon signing.


Room Allocation:


Subject to payment of the deposit and the last month in advance.


Priority is given to those who sign the contract and complete payments first.
